I am a Technical Manager with over eighteen years experience in off-site manufacture and construction. This includes Timber Frame, Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), and Light Gauge Steel. My main focus is driving the design and technical team at ORCA LGS Solutions where we have an experienced team that takes architectural designs and converts them to precision engineered Light Gauge Steel buildings. ORCA LGS Solutions has many developments and projects that require structural input from the very early stages, which allows for efficient manufacture and installation of the Light Gauge Steel system. ORCA's unique selling point is the mobility of the manufacturing system, where the cold forming machines can be relocated to an on or off site facility where the bespoke frames can be produced on a just in time basis and delivered direct to site. I also have my own business that is currently a venture that I pursue part time at evenings and weekends acting as a Planning and Building Regulations Agent, designing small extensions, renovations and garden offices. This is also intended to tie in with my full time employment by providing clients and designs for LGS manufacture. My family are my inspiration for progressing my career and expertise and I aim to be very successful with hard work and dedication.Goals:To work as hard as I can to gain as much experience as possible in the off-site manufacturing industry and to be looked upon as an asset.
