Adaptable, resilient and professional individual with extensive experience in operations, capability development, emergency preparedness, and consequence management. A strong and seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in various senior executive roles in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). As a leader, I was instrumental in leading and organising numerous large-scale events (NDP20 and 22, RSAF45@SA14 and RSAF Open House 2016), exercises (Ex Pitch Black 2016), and operations (Air Defence, HADR and OOTW) which require strong inter-agency collaboration and cooperation. Demonstrated abilities to learn, adapt, and respond promptly to national contingency/crisis; including ensuring force readiness and business continuity of the RSAF during the COVID-19 pandemic. Proven track record of strong leadership and managerial skills to thrive in new and challenging work environments and ability to engage and influence various stakeholders (Military, WoG partners, and Civilian contractors) with a dynamic and collaborative style to achieve common goals
