PROJECT : CIDADE DE MANGARATIBA MV24 FPSOPerform E&I supervision,inspection,monitoring and equipment's installation checking on hazardous area according to IEC60079 standards.Supervise and assign job to technician and installer in performing installation and rectification work including hydrolic and chemical injection system.Verify vendor and contractor punch list (SOB) for clearence and completion of MC and ExITR.

PROJECT : DP2 SEA MASTER NZ BY SEA WORKPerform installation for 'Kongsberg dynamic positioning and marine alarm monitoring' DP system.Work closely with vendor in pre commissioning and commissioning for thruster master system,NORIS POWER and monitoring control system (Generator and Thruster).Do involve in loop checking,functioning test and fault troubleshooting in the system.

PROJECT : AGR JASPER EXPLORER DRILLING RIGAssist vendor Harris Cap Rock Communication Satellite to perform all electrical equipment installation cum cabling work including carry-over work.MC /PC for related Sub-system including power up as per commissioning procedure and SAT.

PROJECT : FUJAIRAH REFINERY UAE (EXTENSION)Perform supervision of field construction ,progress monitoring,coordination work,vendor assistance and certification of equipment and documentation.Involve in overall in charge of assigned plant area electrical and instrument installation.Perform inspection of installation and certify equipment's hazardous area.Carry out calibration,SAT,FAT ,field and workshop test .Carry out system vendor punch out ,pre commissioning and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation control system (field monitoring and control system).Implement site specific HSE program. Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conformance report item and other issues with supporting QA/QC compliance .modification and mark up as-build drawing and monitor the activities as per planned duration on daily basic to achieve target completion of overall work scope.Work involve in main substation(HV/LV) main board switch gear,distribution board ,JB,MDF,PLC DCS control panel,VSD motor control panel,UPS,control room ,Generator and transformer ,Synchronize system and small power system.

PROJECT : DIVING CONTROL SYSTEM (INDOOR FABRICATION)Perform monitoring and ensure the correction of non-conformance report item and other issues supporting QA/QC compliance.Perform electrical and instrumentation installation assigned by project engineer,carry out work to main tray ,cable pulling,equipment's installation,termination and pre-commissioning /commissioning to startup compressor,small power system ,comm system and monitoring/control system in chamber /bell.Perform calibration,continuity check and testing of instrumentation with vendor such as control valve ,PSV,solenoid valve,relief vale ,regulator,gas analyzers,transmitter,sensor,motor protection system, transducer,CCTV ,PAGA,comm and profibus network.

PROJECT : ANGEL GAS PLATFORMPerform termination and commissioning of small power system(lighting),power panel,UPS,heater panel and JB. Perform testing and loop check for instrument DCS panel,checking D/I,D/O,A/I and A/O feedback signal for I/O panel. Assist vendor for F&G commissioning and functioning test.
