- Identify and lead efforts for complex small UAS operations within the National Airspace System (NAS) such as operations over people and beyond visual line of sight.- Pursue regulatory advocacy with agencies responsible for oversight of small UAS operations and UAS communication protocols, including FAA, DHS, DOJ, and FCC.- Develop partnerships with the FAA and other public/private entities to conduct research and develop standards for Critical Non-Payload Communications (CNPC) in complex UAS operations.- Assist Skyward commercial and public clients with waivers and authorizations for operations in the NAS.- Verizon and Skyward representative on standards bodies such as ASTM, 3GPP, and ANSI to develop standards for UAS and for cellular networking connectivity. - Member of the FAA Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) Aviation Rulemaking Committee (ARC) and leading Security Subgroup report writing.- Leads Small UAV Coalition Remote ID Working Group and represents Skyward/Verizon on its Board, to include meetings with Members of Congress, their staff, National Security Council, and White House.- Program Manager for a cross-Verizon project (patent application submitted for review) relating to cellular-connected drones.- Active in Verizon volunteer program, representing veterans pro bono at administrative hearings and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Founded a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business for drone law and veterans law advocacy.
