Responsible for all aspects of SLDC Medicare / Medicaid / Information Security Infrastructure Projects. IT Project Management technical development, infrastructure, SIT, UAT testing, production deployments and project closure and transfer to ongoing support teams.

Responsible for all aspects of the Capitol One Merchant Partnerships Pre-production Quality Assurance infrastructure, inclusive of environment management, data management, systemic tools support and deployment, automation development, testing, deployment and ongoing support. Responsible for all aspects of information security for the N.A. Identity and Access Management Program. Directs, plans and organizes overall activities required to properly adhere to sound information security risk practices and procedures. Has complete accountability for ensuring that the appropriate information security policies and standards relative to appropriate access across all NA systems and environments. Serves as a senior member of the Information Security Risk organization and has full visibility and accountability for resourcing of both regional and group initiatives. Serve as a strategic partner with the business to set overall information security risk strategies or directions and will be called upon to accept or reject risk tolerance levels when strategies/directions shift due to corporate or Group needs.

Document Management Solutions Software HouseResponsible for the Center of Excellence for document composition development and centralized composition, rendering, archival and retrieval production support for over fifty four lines of business both domestic and internationally based•Manager of two teams •Document Composition Development - consists of 1 manager and 14 internal staff analysts and 52 offshore developers responsible for the technical development of major project initiatives, supporting twenty four lines of business domestically and internationally, generating statements, letters, and loans documents •Document Management Production Support – Consists of 12 internal staff analysts and 28 offshore developers supporting eight different applications across fifty four lines of business domestically and internally•Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the overall Document Management Solutions (DMS) USD $50 Million dollar budget (USD $25 Million FTE, USD $25 Million Vendor Billing)•Provides Leadership and strategic direction across the DMS Product Engineering Department

Responsible for the Program Management office and was the first overall Technology Quarterly Release Manager for Credit Card Services. Was also responsible for the Marketing, Risk and Finance Department Relationship•Release manager for four significant quarterly releases for Card Services:•January 2002 release – USD $3 million – consisted of 12 technology projects for Card Services•February 2002 – USD $3 million – consisted of 16 technology projects for Card Services•November 2002 – USD $6 million – consisted of 24 technology projects for Card Services•June 2003 – USD $ 6 Million – consisted of 28 technology projects for Card Services•Co-developed and rolled out the Release Delivery Methodology at Card Services. •Developed the Release Bake process used for the last 3 years for building Card Service Releases•Provided “How To” project process training to HTS and the business in Chicago, Portland, Chesapeake, Las Vegas, Tampa and Salinas. Authored several modules in the project process.•Managed the PMO and the overall technology budget for Card service for 2 years•Managed the EDS vendor relationship supporting the GM Credit Card Portfolio
