My career at Lockheed Martin and its predecessor companies (Sperry, UNISYS, Loral) provided a long (38+ year) successful career leading departments, projects, proposals and process improvement teams. I have experience and expertise in program start-ups, identifying/ implementing process & organizational improvements throughout the lifecycle and driving projects to successful completion. I enjoy mentoring individuals & organizations and building/leading high performance teams.
