David Liner is a seasoned C-Suite executive and experienced public company Director laser focused on creating shareholder value. David is a member of the Board of Directors of Oak Trees Industries, a new exciting company founded for the acquisition and operation of well-established tree and vegetation management. He was previously the member of the Board of Directors of CECO Environmental, a multi-industry company traded on the NASDAQ (CECE), and served as Chairman of its Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Liner was also a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions sub-committee of the CECO Board, which was recently created to advise and assist CECO senior management in a more pro-active way regarding potential transactions and other transformational growth initiatives. David also advises investment advisors, hedge funds, international consulting firms, family offices and institutional investors about the "asset light" business model and private equity funds and public and private global companies on M&A and governance and corporate compliance matters through several expert platforms. He combines his proven business and legal skills, strong people skills and vast industry and international experience to guide businesses through the challenges they face on a daily basis. During his over twelve year tenure at Roper Technologies, Inc., David was part of the senior team that executed Roper's robust acquisition and other growth initiatives consistent with its successful "asset light" business model, deploying over $5 billion and acquiring over 40 world class businesses since 2005.
