Through relationships with trail blazing clients and software product vendors, I’ve been associated with many industry firsts on transforming Human Resources Service Delivery with technology to improve workforce engagement. I enjoy working in agile environments to deliver truly innovative solutions that transform business functions from lagging to leading. My writing and verbal communication skills have been honed by years of educating executives on vision, industry thought leadership and guiding project teams in pursuit of complex technology enabled business solutions that delight customers. In 2008 I transitioned to a practitioner role, working as part of a creative team at the U.S. Department of the Treasury delivering innovative data warehousing capabilities supporting Human Resources and Finance shared services offerings for agencies across the Federal Government.
