I would measure up locations and design them in 3D. Worked with the CEO on purchasing properties around the US. Included travel and travel logistics. Would travel for 5-10 days at a time while researching the area of purchase the CEO was interested in.Handled organizational matters for the CEO (put together the organization charts, wrote programs).Coordinated contractors to work on various properties owned by the company.Ran the office staff based on the CEOs orders.Screened phone calls, set appointments, travel arrangements, entertained guests, for the CEO.Set up events for the CEO and the medical building we managed. This included hiring caterers, event companies, setting up stages, drapes, etc.
