Currently working in Prime MO; Client Interaction Group (CIG), as a Senior Client Service Rep for ETD and OTC Clients. Have successfully completed major projects including our Books & Records migration from RANsys to GMI, where I was the sole Client Service Representative to ensure smooth client migrations and report/statement upgrades & maintenance, and more recently Barclays' Brexit Project ensuring those clients affected by Brexit could still clear at Barclays. Here I was the lead of 4 x work streams - Client Reporting, On-Boarding, Migration, and Client Services.Am now back in the GIG team, working closely with management to ensure our clients receive the best client service experience for their Futures & Options (ETD) and OTC accounts. As a senior member of the team, I also give my advise and guidance to both the CIG team and other Barclays stake holders
