Brining a New York fashion voice to all that want to listen

As my clients point person for everything Bloomingdales, I assist them with seasonal wardrobe selections, special occasion dressing, gift giving and home decor. All while keeping them up to date on new trends, and in-store events. I work closely with our PR department and Fashion Office to provide assistance to VIP clients, and provide a leadership presence consistent with our brand in the Flagship location. I continue to develop my clientele through networking and referrals.

Developed and maintained Client Services department for newly opened Madison Avenue Flagship location. Served as lead conterpart for Director of Celebrity PR, as well as maintain relationships with key industry stylist, and wardrobe departments. Also responsible for assisting VIP clientelle and company gift distrobution.

Manage personal shopping service for Men, at the company's flagship location. Developed my own clientele while growing and developing a staff including 3 other personal shoppers. I played an integral role in establishing the services image through the store, and company. Fostered relationships with Public Relations department and Fashion Office, as well and vendors carried within the store. Provided consistent growth in volume, each year, through motivation, and by leading by example.

Primary responsibilities included developing repeat customer business, mentoring selling staff on techniques. Acted as key-holder, responsible for closing store duties.

Played an integral roll in opening Ralph Lauren's first South Florida concept store.Responsible for the Men's department, including staffing, events, merchandizing, as well as overseeing total store operations in the absence of General Manager

Progressed through various assignments at THE Florida Store. Beginning as a assistant buyer, moving into stores as a department manager. Promotted through stores organization, with several responsibilities in women's RTW, as well as cosmetics. Recognized as a leader in inventory management, and mentor to new executives. Selected to be a part of the opening executive team for new Flagship store that opened.
