Transitions Hospice is expanding its unique and patient-driven hospice care into Central Illinois. based on a maximum of 50 patients "mini-hospice" units, Transitions offers unparalleled patient care to include comfort, a holistic approach to end-of life quality care, family/facility support, grief counseling, and spiritual counseling. As the Regional Director, I am blessed to support a dedicated staff that has a combined 250 years of senior care and hospice experience. Based on restructuring, my position was eliminated.

As Regional Director, I oversee the operations of all disciplines in Central Illinois. These disciplines include Nursing, Marketing, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteer Coordinator, PR, and Bereavement. My focus is on developing relationships with long-term care facilities, families, patients, co-workers, and all referral sources. I believe my team would say I lead by example. My value system promotes integrity, professionalism, respect, communication, and a simple value that "if you have compromised someone else's day, you have NOT had a good day yourself"
