Advise and support the Board on legal and regulatory issues. Provide general advice and training to the senior management team on legal and regulatory mattersEffectively engage with the Regulator and prepare appropriate representations and communications with respect to enquiries and engagement.Maintain the appropriate operational and regulatory licenses and permissionsLeadership of the Compliance and Audit Department and the Security/Surveillance/Fraud DepartmentsConsult on, draft, implement and maintaining appropriate up to date policies and procedures to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Support the development of cost effective and efficient legal processes, including working effectively with external specialist counsel (as required).Support senior members of management on training plans, delivering training, research activities, helping to maintain cross-functional project initiatives to meet the Company’s strategy.
