WOW Club Limited provides benefits and rewards to current and previous Woolworth's employee and is one of the largest not for profit clubs in Australia. My role as General manager is to significantly change and modernise the business while building a strong foundation for growth, implementing new systems, business strategies and developing teams to maximise the business's full potential and therefore creating greater value to our members and customers.Reporting to the board, managed all facets and operation of the business and compliance with all Legal, ATO and ASIC business requirements (as company secretary of the company). Created and developed new process and procedures, marketing and developing new revenue generating initiatives and managing budgets to meet EBIT objectives. Implementing all communication collateral, including contracts, proposals and commercial agreements.
