Recent experience includes*Advising a major motor manufacturer on standard construction contracts together with advice on the implementation of the package across 3 sample projects including a major £50 million plus new build facility;*Drafting standard/bespoke construction documentation for 3 of the top 5 national house builders;*Advising on a framework agreement for the procurement of developments for Supported Independent Living including funding for the developments, the direct agreement between the Consortium and on the terms of the JCT Contracts and associated documents to be entered into for each development under the framework.*Acting as lead partner on behalf of a leading wind turbine supplier in the negotiation and completion of turbine supply agreements and maintenance agreements on a variety of on-shore windfarm projects within the UK and Ireland over the last 5 years.*Advising a major contractor on renewable energy projects, includung on a framework agreement for solar PV installations; and on the review of eind turbine supply contracts for 4 major suppliers;*advising the biomass technology supplier on the contract negotiations for a major biomass power station*Advising and acting as the lead partner for the bidding contractor on 3 major tram infrastructure projects with contract values between £160 million and £700 million, including continuing advice on the Manchester Metro Extension Phase 3 project.*Advising a major utility on the negotiation and completion of a major gas pipeline within the UK.*Advising a major UK international Exhibition Centre on framework agreements and contracts for the multimillion pound refurbishment of major exhibition and entertainment facilities.
