I currently hold position of 'Senior Systems Field Service Engineer' for Eaton MSD. This is a multi-role position as it gives me the opportunity to work across the BU. Working with all current projects such as Air-Air refueling capabilities with: Airbus 400M; A330; Embraer KC390 and Boeing KC46 and Weapons carriage and release systems. One example of a key responsibility is to be able to use my initiative to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and problems often face to face with the customer (including AOG) in a timely manner ensuring all procedures and process are complied with (part 145 and 21G).My background in engineering started in 2008, starting an Advanced Apprenticeship with Cobham. Finishing the advanced apprenticeship scheme in 2012, I transition into the role of ATC (air traffic Control) Junior Field Service Engineer before changing roles to ATC Operations Engineer in 2013 for Cobham Aviation services which encompass civil and military radar integration and display, naval radar integration and display, wind farm mitigation solutions, and air traffic management products.I have worked at Cobham for 10+ years to date, the qualifications i have achieved include: HNC accreditation; APM Level 5 Project Management; 17th Edition wiring regulations; PAT testing; IPC/WHMA requirements and acceptance for cable and wire harness assembles; MEWPS license as well as HUET trained, also I have gained Quality-Stamp approval
