David Locke is a knowledgeable institutional portfolio manager skilled in asset allocation, risk management, performance measurement and due diligence in public and private market asset classes. He was the senior investment officer for investments at the National Railroad Retirement Investment Trust leading a team of six investment professionals. From 2000-2002, he was a Principal with Prudential Investment Management where he was responsible for Prudential’s private equity fund-of-funds investment program. From 1993 to 2000, David was the Senior Investment Officer for Alternative Assets at the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) where he was responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies for LACERA’s private equity program. Prior to LACERA, he spent fourteen years in the finance organization of Lockheed Martin’s research and development division. David received his MBA degree from the University of Southern California with honors and received his BS degree in finance from California State University, Northridge. David resides in Oak Hill, Virginia with his wife, Diane.
