Responsible for managing the SA Construction Material business which supplies quarry materials, concrete and asphalt from 25 operating sites to residential, commercial and civil construction markets.Responsibilities included delivery of SA EBIT budgets, driving the business towards Zero Harm, developing and implementing strategic plans, and driving.

The SA representative on the National Lean Team, responsible for managing Lean implementation to all BCM SA sites, including Quarries, Concrete plants, Asphalt production and contracting, Logistics, Technical and Workshops. The role included conducting site assessments, organising and facilitating training in all Lean disciplines, and driving Lean action.
