This role is accountable for providing ownership and leadership of all existing Training solutions in use across Johnson & Johnson. Manages the strategy development and implementation of End-to-End Quality Systems-related training at all in-scope sites (n=80+) across all regions (Americas, EMEA, ASPAC).Responsible for the organisational design, operation.

EMEA

Responsible for the training organisations across all of the Global Orthopaedics sites outside of the US (Switzerland, UK, China & Ireland).Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective Training Programs and Processes to assure that personnel within all assigned sites are equipped with the knowledge, understanding and training to successfully.

• Responsible for providing ongoing strategic review and continuous improvement with a view to aligning DePuy Synthes around one Quality System in line with J&J Enterprise, Sector and Regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the rollout of the J&J Quality Policy Standards across DePuy Synthes.
• Programme Manager for the continuous quality management system improvement programme (Back to Basics) for the Depuy legacy companies.

• Site Wide Responsible for the Training and Development needs of 1100+ employeesMain Achievements:
• The development and implementation of a 100% compliant training solution
• Increased the effectiveness of HSE training resulting in a 25% reduction in headcount, a 50% reduction of training hours and over €60k in savings.
• The adoption and rollout of best practice training methodology (TWI) in support of standard work, delivering a 28% efficiency gain in the pilot area.
• The development and implementation of a comprehensive knowledge management process for a product transfer.
• Led the development of a leadership competency model

• Successfully managed a team of 28 production Associates within the Foundry value stream and delivered an 18% year on year, increase in shift efficiency.
• Developed a safety system within the Foundry which resulted in a reduction in accidents by over 50% in 12 months.
• Significantly increased credo scores for the shift across every indices.
• Project managed a number of lean initiatives, resulting in a lead time reduction of 4 days.
• Ensured that all of the relevant quality, safety and compliance regulations were adhered to, including all FDA and GMP requirements.
