David is an expert in the effective operation of Trading Businesses, including First Line of Defence controls and commercial strategy optimisation. David specialises in the study of Conduct and Behaviour, and leads Conduct training for the Banking Industry.David holds both the certificate and diploma of the Institute of Directors, is a member of the Institute of Operational Risk and gained an MBA from Cass Business School
