About David Longmuir

I am an IP Litigation lawyer acting in a range of litigious and non-litigious matters relating to patent, trade marks, designs, plant breeders' rights, copyright and Australian Consumer Law issues. I bring a technological understanding together with legal expertise to resolve commercial IP disputes for Australian and international businesses. I have extensive experience in patent litigation and pre grant oppositions across a wide array of fields including pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and the life sciences.
