- Define the Product's functionalities, from conception to monitoring and evolution of its life cycle;- Ensure that the development team has all the inputs to carry out the evolution of the product;- Defining backlog items;- Producing product documentation;- Ensuring that teams follow all stages of the development process;- Directing and prioritizing activities for the team;- Giving visibility to projects and team activities;- Supporting the dissemination of the agile culture.

- Contribute from ideation to implementation of Corporate Credit;- Analysis of user pains, design of solutions and roadmap of functionalities;- Aligning the company's strategic needs with user demands and prioritizing them appropriately;- Gathering business requirements for new functionalities and describing them clearly to the squad with a focus on the expected result, bringing context to the team;- Ensuring the squad's rituals and routines (daily, planning, retrospective, review);- Writing stories and keeping the backlog up to date (JIRA);- Presenting weekly product indicators and roadmap status;- Monitoring end-to-end product development, being able to interact with different areas (Technology, Commercial, Operations, Partners, etc.) to deliver the product.

- Ensuring successful deliveries in line with customer needs and in line with market trends;- Managing the product life cycle, from inception/discovery to delivery/launch;- Conducting meetings with clients/partners, including several startups and companies listed on the most important stock exchange in Brazil;- Communicating and problem-solving with the development team;- Translating tasks for the development team;- Backlog management; - Conducting Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Review, Retrospective and Planning.

- Product backlog management and project roadmap construction;- Designing case studies, navigable prototypes and MVPs (Minimum Viable Product);- Interaction with UX/UI teams to improve and validate user experience and journeys;- Creation of low/medium fidelity wireframes;- Aligning new developments with stakeholders and synchronizing business and technology areas;- Conducting Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Review, Retrospective and Planning;- Monitoring and analyzing product KPIs;- Benchmarking for constant delivery of value to the client and product positioning.
