Oracle, Avature, Hirevue, SAP SuccessFactors Monitors process and software changes that impact production support, communicates project information to Product Support team and raises product support issues to the Product Support Manager Delivering prompt solutions and resolutions based on global governance protocols, system logic,technical limits and challenges within the user community , and contribute to improved user experiences. Coordinates new functionality, product and service deployments including user acceptance testing, change validation, configuration checks and through to business as usual product support and maintenance. Maintains a pulse on user feedback, provides prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges to improve the user experience Assesses and make recommendations to the Product Support Manager based on the needs of customers (defect, enhancement) Manages product support core level 1 actions/activities covering lifespan of level 1 requests, including : receipt, review, diagnosis and resolution within specified service line agreement. Maintain accurate task/item, vendor and and employee support records, including adherence to candidate data privacy/protection requirements for GDPR and local/global data protection regulations. Supported directly and indirectly, escalated requests, acted as a liaison to IT service leads to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.  Share point administrator for the team. Responsibility of managing the forms, data & user permission management. Administrator for eQuest (Job posting delivery service). Monitor all jobs posted globally to various job boards and resolve issues that come up. Ensure knowledge sharing across the team and clients.  Analyze and make recommendations for process improvement. Drive consistent and exceptional client service leveraging the HR systems implementation methodology
