Coordinate and develop team capability. Assist with the management of the day-to-day activities of the Data Management study team. Deliver project to quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Manage resources and costs. Maintain and develop processes and systems.

Responsible for ensuring that all data validation tasks for allocated studies are performed in accordance with the specified contracted services, in compliance with applicable SOPs, Working Procedures and Guidelines and in line with applicable regulations.Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a balance between quality and productivity for data validation activities performed as well as ensuring adherence to established timelines.Responsible for ensuring a consistent and standardized approach throughout the group with regards to the performance of the data validation tasks. Contribute to this approach by developing and implementing procedures and initiatives to standardize and improve processes and efficiencies as well as by promoting communication.Responsible for planning and forecasting work and resource requirements in order to ensure that all planned milestones are met as expected and established by the client and in order to maximize the value and efficiency of resources.
