In charge of this management, I was responsible for procurement processes, having as main objective the immediate response to the requirements of the different areas and airports of the company, providing the resources necessary for efficient operation. Performed by optimizing purchasing costs through an appropriate selection of suppliers and with proper management of budgets.Main Activities:Establish processes and procedures of the area.Development, management and negotiaiton with suppliers.Planning the supply in a timely manner.Analisys of contributions, comparative prior period changes and other suppliers.Preparation and control of budgets.Project development.International purchasing and import.

The main achievement in this position was the creation and development of the Operations Control Center in the company in order to have a concentrated area and in turn distribute information efficiently. Developed quality control for services offered by the company at various national and international airlines. Implement training programs for the personnel.

Provide support for opening up the area as a new business unit for the company representing one million dollars annually.
