Received a job with Acumed as a shipping specialist. Here's to new beginnings!

- Assisted students with a wide range of written documents, primarily essays, but also with applications and resumes and project proposals- Regularly proofread and edited documents submitted by students- Helped students to set up appointments, took phone calls and interacted with them face to face- Gave regular tours of our work area to new writing classes and instructors- Helped train new tutors

- Opened and Closed the store, checking displays and registers and product before opening, counting down register after closing- Managed up to two other employees at a time- General customer service work: handling inquiries and complaints, processing returns, taking and making phonecalls, sales- Shipping and receiving new product- Regularly tracking store sales numbers and reporting them to higher ups
