Supported Gas and Power CTRM activity using Nucleus (Power) and Endur (Gas). Led Power team prior to moving to Global Commercial group where on team creating internal pricing tool for Lubes. Supported the pricing tool on a global perspective where users and developers are located throughout sites in multiple countries. Support the Endur Products business in the Ops and Actualization Interface group.

Business Analyst supporting multiple commodities with a focus on Power and Gas. Support OpenLink's Endur ETRM system. Manage projects through the life cycle, including specification documents, functional documents, SIT, UAT, release and live support. Assist and cross-train other business analysts. Review and recommend changes within the internal software to ensure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trading personnel. Manage multiple projects and enhancement work and ensure that they are developed and approved upon the previously agreed upon timelines.

Managed the power stream of the Triplepoint CXL to Endur Consolidation Project. Responsible for all power related issues and communication for the trade floor, in regards to the Information Technology group. Assisted other business analysts for remaining lines of trading, including, but not limited to, gas, emissions, options and other derivatives. Created specification documents to be signed off by the business for internal development and vendor development. Managed the FERC EQR development directive to ensure compliance with the federal government requirements while reducing the demands of time on the business users.

Team Lead for a group of consultants at a major client’s site. Liaison between Sungard and the client, including the trading floor users, IT staff, accountants and other departments. Discussions with the business users to understand and analyze the business need or issue to deem possible scenarios to resolve within Power, Gas, Risk, Mid-Office and Back Office areas. Maintain multiple projects to resolution, in regards to on-site development, home office development, and offshore development. Develop, troubleshoot and analyze Oracle Forms and Reports. Assist in creating communication between development of the Nucleus Trading System and the customer to verify accuracy and effectiveness of the product.
