JOB SUMMARY:Establish strategies and objectives, supervise and evaluate selling efforts of branch sales team. Provide support, coaching and training of sales team in order to help them grow professionally and increase sales and profitability. Assure that all the available sales tools are being properly utilized by the sales personnel. Establish visibility with our customers and enhance the salesman’s efforts by selling the company and the programs offered to all levels of our distributor base.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Develop sales plans and strategies for review and approval by GM and VP of Sales.2. Confer with sales representatives to develop sales objectives for market areas assigned.3. Recommend pricing strategies and promotional programs for key customers in assigned territory.4. Maintain personal contact with key customers in assigned markets.5. Recruit, interview and recommend candidates for sales representative positions.6. Assure that the sales personnel are utilizing all the available tools and following the sales and marketingplans.

Territory Sales, Technical consultant and customer development. Work closely with authorized network of distributors, Specifiers and contractors to insure project delivery is accomplished in cost effective manner. Provide education / technical training to all levels of the design and build team. Assist management and marketing with development of new products and markets. Work tirelessly to provide superior customer service. Participate in trade organizations such as CSI, ICRI, AIA, BEC.

Responsibilities include assisting and providing support to W.R. MEADOWS outside sales team in the promotion of our Building Envelope products to contractors.

CSI is a national association of more than 13,000 volunteers, including specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors, facility managers, product representatives, manufacturers, owners and others who are experts in building construction and the materials used therein.
