Oversees and directs teams that design, develop and maintain the systems that deliver solutions for corporate function systems and technology systems supporting: HR, Audit, multiple billing systems, Accounting/Finance, and Procurement systems in order to achieve strategic and operational business goals and targeted financial and quality results. Directs and maintains external customer focus. Management of externally focused Fireminds team. Manages team that will maintain and execute new installations of multi-tenant platforms. Oversees management of call center coordination, service desk coordination to obtain a superior customer service experience. Must ensure that security operations is both internally and externally focused. Responsible for process improvement and cost reduction for the corporate systems. Executes operational plans that ensure all work is performed according to defined policies and procedures, quality and productivity standards. Will be a vocal and outgoing leader in engaging and energizing various stakeholders inside and outside the organization. Outcomes directed have a significant impact on the organization's short- and long-term results, specific customers and/or partners. Contributes to and maintains departmental budget.
