I focus on the future, vision and values of Select Psychology, so that we can do our very best to deliver outstanding therapy services and help make a positive difference to peoples lives. Research, action and learning to drive our continual improvement is central to my role and a big part of that is listening to our clients, stakeholders and staff. I am fortunate to work with a great team of people lead by our Managing Director, Sarah Myburgh, they are truly passionate and dedicated our cause. Our team is always seeking excellence and I always enjoy exploring innovative solutions with them.
