Accompany the UKAS assessors during their audits of our laboratories.Ensure strict adherence to internationally recognised test methods and verify that SOPs are in full compliance. Monitor and analyse Shewhart Charts, preempting any potential issues.Administer calibration, service and maintenance schedules, coordinating with colleagues and external bodies, ensuring deadlines are met. Perform first line repairs on instrumentation and equipment, minimising laboratory downtime and costs.Manage stock levels to ensure a continuous supply of reagents and consumables, avoiding unnecessary surpluses.
