David Loy is a Certified Ecologist with over 19 years of public and private sector experience with estuarine and coastal ecological restoration and design, wetland ecology, ecological functional assessments, threatened and endangered species permitting, wetland mitigation monitoring, environmental permitting, Section 7 consultations,remote sensing, and benthic habitat assessments. Over his career, David has served as technical manager and senior ecologist on a variety of ecological restoration and wetland monitoring projects throughout Florida and has had the opportunity to help lead large-scale water quality restoration projects and some of the largest seagrass enhancement / restoration projects in the state.
