- Assist with Due Diligence Investigations- Managing projects related to the development of new residential subdivisions, and municipal infrastructure - Prepare and review Contract Documents and Tenders- Prepare budgetary cost estimates for clients- Assist clients with cost sharing agreements- Managing construction during all stages, from earthworks to final subdivision assumption- Coordinate and run meetings with Developers, contractors, municipal staff, and other consultants- Prepare fees and managing budgets for each project- Provide guidance to junior staff- Conduct interviews and involved with hiring of potential staff- Review and approve contractor's invoices- Assist clients with letter of credit reduction requests
