I am an inquisitive engineer with a diverse skill set. I've worked in varying fields both in deployment and in R&D. I've worked in Broadcast Television and Radio, SCADA systems, ISP setup and management, environmental monitoring systems, wide area Wireless networking and software development. I've also held Academic teaching positions.I have a strong hardware and software background with significant experience in managing projects and people both in highly developed countries and in third world situations.I work well with people and have a firm grasp of the technical details and am often hands on with the projects I deal with.I have successfully delivered a number of products including specific environmental monitoring for industries including oil and gas developments. These innovations have been extended and developed and I currently drive a team focused on creating sensor products in the IoT space with an emphasis on practical technologies in new and emerging spaces.
