-Manage overall operations for bakery/cafe -Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement-Direct and coordinates activities concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products-Monitor suppliers to ensure goods or services are provided within budgetary limits-Oversee department managers to establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures-Create and update schedules for all bakery/café employees and assign specific duties-Oversee human resource duties (hiring/firing/conflict resolution/training/scheduling & running meetings)-Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, such as sales promotions or advertising campaigns
