take and track rent, deposits , post notices, secure safety of building and tenants. Work with and coordinate vendors, contrtactors, etc. Keep files, paper & data base, updated. Be a steward of the buildings and a service provider to the tenants.

Duties/Responsibilities: taking applications, collecting & tracking rents deposits & fees, collecting information and filing bond compliance packets, signing leases, keeping files current, communicating with tenants and clients, turning apartments, tracking building conditions, arranging repairs, extermination, and managing the janitor, communicating with other professionals and the public. There is some communicating with mental health professionals. I use Outlook, Word 2010, and excel. There is occasional necessity of posting (2day) notices of entry, (3day) notices to pay rent or vacate, (10 day) notices to comply with the lease, (20) notices of termination of lease, or (3day) Quit for waste. I also manage the parking lot.
