In 1996, after working in marketing & recruitment as Associate Director of Admissions at a small VA college, I joined my family business in NY, Eiseman-Ludmar Co., Inc., to manage a contract with the Dept of Defense. At that time our uniform accessories manufacturing operation had six employees in a single, 2,500 SF space. After completing my MBA at NYU, I took ownership of the NY business, acquired the assets of a struggling supplier and helped resurrect their technological infrastructure and product lines under a new SC company we founded in 2006, ELC Industries. We now employ 40+ hard-working people with over 60,000 square feet of space at our two locations, manufacturing the highest quality braid and uniform accessories available anywhere - all right here in the United States. Through our dealer network, uniform manufacturing partners, government contracting, direct-sale and web-platform we serve the military, airlines, cruise lines, public safety, hospitality and maritime service industries domestically and across the globe. In addition to my professional leadership, I have served as the President of the North Shore Central School District Board of Education and Chair of the Military Group of the NAUMD. I reside in Glenwood Landing, NY with my wife and two children.
