Film/TV / EventsUpon graduating from USC Cinema in 2002 I immersed myself in the film industry working in a variety of below the line roles while mastering an understanding of lighting systems. This knowledge base propelled me into the live events industry and I've been building entertainment experiences at the highest possible caliber since 2005. I have over 15 years of experience producing festivals like Coachella , Electric Daisy Carnival and Outside Lands working with large teams to build 100K + a day events. That skillset offered me opportunities to tour with world class bands: Tame Impala, Foster the People, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jane's Addiction. Real Estate DevelopmentEver the entrepreneur I have been part of several real estate development projects including Silverlakes Event Park, Revelry Kitchen and Bar, Tulili Tulum Eco Retreat, Emerald Triangle Cannabis Collective. Under my project leadership all of these projects opened to the public and created long running business engagement. ExperiencesIn 2017 I saw a trend happening in Los Angeles in pop up immersive experiences and found a niche designing and production managing these ventures. In 2018 we launched Candytopia in Santa Monica, CA and saw 17M in revenue and by 2019 had run over 1M ticketed customers through 11 locations. This success offered expansion opportunities with The Golden State Warriors and Hooptopia, Toys R us Adventure, and Movietopia with Planet Hollywood. During the pandemic on my own I created and executed two innovative drive thru events Fright Farms and Electric Noel. In 2021 I moved to Las Vegas, NV to co-create The Melt experience and in 2023 launch Rock and Roll Time Machine. TechAfter working at this high caliber for as long as I have, it became vastly apparent that the entertainment industry was built on a very broken system. Ticketmaster's lose-lose-lose model we have all been forced to participate is way overdue for and overhaul and with the foundation of Deed Entertainment I embarked down a path to build a technology platform that is double sided win-win win model. People, planet and purpose :Guest, business, community will all see the upside of a revolutionary technology platform that creates world class experiences at the same time as fractional benefit revenues that deploy back to the community itself. We call the system Meritus Technologies as we all deserve something better and we are currently in Beta.
