Provide campus leadership in all aspects of student academic success, with principal responsibility for overseeing and managing the following units: Disability Services for Students; Learning Strategies; Student Support Services (TRIO Federal Grant) and Kearney Bound Scholarship program. - Supervise, direct and provide strategic planning for Disability Services for Students. - Develop, structure, and periodically evaluate services for students with disabilities, including responsibility for compliance with ADAAA, 504 and other disability legislation. - Administer Learning Strategies program with a mix of direct and online classes supporting the development of specific cognitive skill sets for academic success as well as oversee the success coaching program, a 1:1 academic mentoring program. - Manage a TRiO SSS grant program, monitor and prepare federal compliance. - Direct Kearney Bound scholarship program, a recruitment and retention program for 400 local, 1st generation students. Responsible for establishing strategies to intrusively intervene, mentor, and advise students within selected colleges and university-wide. Advance student success by working collaboratively with Colleges, Academic and Student Affairs Departments, Graduate College, the Office of Institutional Research, and other offices.Strategize resolution of difficult student situations through membership in the ADA Committee, BeTA Committee and Concerning and Risky Events (CARE) Team. Monitor and manage budgets for all areas. Project expenditures for all programs to create informed decision-making for obligated program funds.Assess services and program performance for Academic Success programs and offices
