I am a senior leader with experience in leading large teams and operations with a particular exposure in membership and customer-owned organisations. Beginning my professional career as a lawyer, I moved into corporate affairs and communications roles taking on leadership roles in both consultancy and corporate environments. Subsequently I developed a focus on championing customer/member outcomes and in this regard have implemented both cultural and technology change programs at significant scale. I have led large businesses and divisions with P&L’s of ~$250m and teams of up to 2,000 people and have significant operational experience in various roles. I have headed a large technology and digital function and led successful enterprise-wide data and technology transformation programs.Most recently I have held executive accountability for businesses in the retirement, aged care, disability and healthcare sectors, conducting strategic reviews, leading improved operational and financial performance and overseeing M&A transactions.
