Coats Digital is part of Coats, world's leading thread manufacturer (present in over 50 countries, over 17,000 employees worldwide). Coats acquired 3 software solution companies: Fast React Systems (that had 2 main software solutions), Thread Sol (that had 2 main software solutions) and GSD (1 software solution).The different companies have been supporting the digital transformation journey of many key clients globally and have an established reputation. In 2019 they all merged under the same name: Coats Digital, who now offers 6 solutions in the Apparel, Footwear and Textile industries.I combine deep technical subject matter expertise with a keen understanding of how to address the critical business needs of enterprise customers through Coats Digital products. Externally, I work closely with the Business Development (Sales) team to close sophisticated enterprise deals, supporting the team through the full sales process. Internally, I work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Product Development and Customer Success teams.

Operations Manager (Asia) - Responsible for managing projects throughout the Asia region and FastReact’s Continuous Improvement (CI) programs for both users and our own internal training teams within the Asia region.Worked with many clients all around Asia delivering specialist production planning (including MRP), Sourcing and Critical Path Management (CPM) solutions.

Manchester, United Kingdom

Responsible for setting up a sourcing office and managing a team of 6 QA staff in East China. This involved working with footwear suppliers in China and Vietnam and developing a local team to achieve the quality and delivery standards of UK customers such as Adams, Littlewoods and Slazenger.

Bacup, England

Main responsibilities were constructing new designs from initial ideas to ensure the sales force had up–to–date styles to show customers.
