Help support the medical staff at a health care facility. Part of my responsibility is to help keep the facility organized and coordinate communication between patients and medical staff. As a coordinator, I also greet and check in patients, schedule appointments and/or procedures, and perform clerical duties. Other responsibilities may include the compiling of patients' charts, transcribe physicians' orders, and prepare birth or death certificates. In addition to the mentioned tasks, I'm also in charge of receiving new patients, collecting medical records, ordering supplies, coordinating patient schedules, graphing vital sign readings, preparing forms for admission and discharge.

• Responsibilities included problem detection and solving, fixing and reinstalling software and hardware for client product.• Administer all computer-related functions including hardware and software set-up and configuration.

• Respond to clients written and telephone requests pertaining to product service orders.• Maintain the product service records and produced reports for both co-workers and clients.

• Provided child care to 40-50 children per day, age’s preschool to middle school.• Created and implemented age appropriate daily activities.• Supervised field trips, to community events, and facilities.• Communicated with parents on a daily basis.
