Store Manager• Leading store setup of 6 stores and tear down• Managing a team of 10 to 25 employees, daily employee tasks, hiring, and training• Customer service of all aspects• Scheduling, payroll, sales goals, inventory control, all admin aspects• Daily banking deposits, cash pickups, register shift changes• Flow of stock from the truck, to stockroom, to the sales floor

Warehouse Manager• Managing a team of 5 to 7 employees, training, daily employee tasks• In house customer service of all aspects (Delivery and put away)• Receiving, shipping, inventory control, many admin aspects• Sales calls, back order control, sales goals, many more aspects
