The Vice President of E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and maintaining the E-Commerce business. Through strategic positioning of the company website and maximization of third party relationships, the Vice President of E-Commerce will support long-term growth. The Vice President of E-Commerce will partner with Merchandising, Sales and Product teams in driving and exceeding business goals, while also leading and developing members of the E-Commerce team.This expanded leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the vision for Med Mart’s global direct eCommerce business. Responsible for the online presentation of the brand across all digital platforms, this experienced leader will drive the activation and creation of seasonal marketing campaigns and consumer initiatives.The scope of this role will be constantly evolving – first, responsible for driving online direct to consumer revenue and customer interest impacting the business P&L, building and executing consumer focused brand building programs to grow the North American business, with future plans to oversee international development and expansion.As the leader responsible for the online presence for the Med Mart brand, the Vice President of eCommerce will oversee and direct a cross-functional team that touches all aspects of the business; including marketing, operations, merchandising, content, photography and the company’s retail direct database and analytics database.
