I ran the West Yorkshire division which entailed managing the end-to-end customer experience from initial contact to sign off after installation. I was responsible for all monetary transactions, stock management at depot, staff recruitment and training, vehicle maintenance and general day to day running of the depot.

As an Area Manager, I was responsible for maintaining a high level of contact with existing Jegs accounts whilst actively seeking out new customers. I was responsible for promoting the company's bi monthly "Product Focus" as well as raising awareness of the 2 Jegs catalogues.I had a customer base of circa 200 customers spread across Cumbria, North East England, Yorkshire, Humberside, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. These comprise of independent hardware stores, builders merchants, electrical retailers and garden centres.

Main duties were to install and maintain Draught Guinness dispense equipment and to resolve quality issues in approx.1800 on trade outlets across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire regions. Involved staff training/education on the pouring, presentation and maintenance of Draught Guinness to achieve "the perfect pint". Involved staff training sessions, representation and championing of the brands and company at trade and public events. Liaison with regional press to promote brand profiles and to promote awareness of brand stockists and regional trade partners.
