My strength lies in motivating and inspiring others through my genuine passion for fitness, health, wellness and fulfilled living. I have an infectious energy and enthusiasm that I carry with me in all scenarios both inside and outside the gym! I have studied coaching and exercise science at both undergraduate and masters level, and worked in the sport and fitness industry continuously since 2011 both in Ireland and overseas. I have a further host of additional qualifications listed below. Specific areas of expertise include but are not limited to, group fitness instruction, corrective exercises, injury rehabilitation, athletic performance improvement, and exercise program design & adherence. I am capable of and regularly carry out additional aspects to my vocation including delivering talks & seminars, management duties, and engaging/ training special populations.Outside of gym-based fitness, my interests lie in traveling, psychology, philosophy, skateboarding and bouldering.
