Returned to Trinity Sport after 18 months of traveling and working abroad. Gym Instructor duties include administering fitness consultations, designing and implementing exercise programs, designing and teaching exercise classes, delivering educational talks, implementing outreach programs, designing content for publishing, and general gym maintenance. Also regularly fill the role of Acting Duty Manager. When in this role, responsibilities and duties extend to govern the opening and closing of the sports centre, handling cash and receipts at days end, dealing with health and safety or member concerns, and managing staff on shift. Other duties include lifeguarding, general customer service, program and product sales, member relationship management, and general cleaning/ health and safety management.

Undertook a wide variety of fitness and exercise related tasks/projects including but not limited to; -Sports injury rehabilitation.-Strength and conditioning of individual and team based athletes at college and national level. -Training and conditioning individuals of special populations such as paraplegia, visual impairment, intellectually disabled, elderly, cerebral paulsy, stroke survivors. -Regular gym instructor duties such as general population fitness consultations and training and teaching multiple group fitness classes every day of varying styles (spinning, bootcamp, suspension, kettlebells etc.)-Designing and delivering talks and seminars on topics such as S&C, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and stress management to groups and teams sometimes in groups of 100+.-Assisting in health promotion activities such as college sport and fitness events, competitions, challenges and initiatives. -Lifeguarding duties.

Based across multiple Dublin based health and fitness facilities some of the duties of this role included; -Designing and delivering individual and group based fitness programs and classes. -Lifeguarding duties covering a 25m, 6 lane pool. -Teaching adult and children swimming lessons-Assisting with the running of health promotion and community events.

An 18 month full time masters program in advancing prior knowledge bases of exercise physiology, nutrition, sport and exercise psychology.

4 Year honors degree covering a wide variety of topics within and surrounding sport, exercise, coaching, psychology and the business.
