All aspects of project management including but not limited to: creating a schedule of values' estimating all changes tracking all changes and ensure they were incorporated into the contract documents, issue purchase orders, produce and check all submittals, produce the billing(AIA), track labor and materials cost, pursue new clients, ensure project is installed per plans and specs, coordinate with estimators to ensure most economical methods are used, ensure safety, coordinate with General Contractor and subcontractors and numerous other tasks associated with managing an electrical project.
