As an Operations Officer (abbreviated as "OO" and also called "Case Officer") for the CIA, an individual focuses on clandestinely spotting, assessing, developing, recruiting, and handling non-US citizens with access to foreign intelligence vital to US foreign policy and national security decisionmakers.
