CurrentCurrent responsibilities:Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Analyze competitors' strategies and monitor industry changes to keep our digital marketing efforts relevant and effective. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budget across different channels to ensure cost-effective and optimal performance.I have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. I am Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
