PeopleSoft Administration. Installed, upgrade, and maintenance of PeopleSoft servers running on Windows NT. Ran upgrade conversion scripts using Change Assistant for PeopleSoft upgrade from 8.1 to 8.9. Made all necessary changes to the upgrade scripts. Developed programming procedures to transmit all pension and 401k files to Mercer services. Develop and maintain HIPAA insurance files with Vendors.Installed and maintained Courion Password Manger password reset tool. The tool reduced our password reset calls to the service desk drastically.

Peoplesoft ERP Specialist. Responsible for designing and maintaining DirXML integration with Peoplesoft for LDAP authentication. Developed PeopleCode procedures to communicate with Novell DirXML drivers. Developed and maintained PeopleSoft Higher Education User Group website for the annual HEUG conference using ColdFusion.
